the hotel staff provided excellent service and were very attentive to my needs. my room was spacious and included a comfortable bed and modern amenities. the rooftop bar offered amazing city views, and the breakfast buffet included a wide selection of fresh items. i found the hotel's location convenient, with easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions.
the pool area, though pleasant, was somewhat small and felt a little crowded at times.

the breakfast selection was amazing with fresh omelettes. all staff were lovely and attentive. the bed was enormous and comfortable with a good selection of pillows. all in all, it.
i didn't feel a welcome atmosphere! i asked for a teabag at the bar to take to my room and was told i had to pay 2€50. i also asked for some hot milk to be told that after 10h30 this is not possible. if i wanted to have milk brought to the room i had to pay 4€.

the rooftop area was a highlight. the team there was very attentive, providing recommendations and food. the location was also convenient since the hotel is close to a metro station.
the walls seemed thin. i could hear people talking in the room next to mine. there were no sanitary bags in the bathroom (i would have found them useful).
